That’s exactely the same idea that I have about interior styling and the feeling that I want for my Happy House.
I like the bold colors and the graphic patterns that Cina used, did you see the cushion cover that I chose for my livingroom? It’s called HAVET {mine is the light blue version} and it’s high quality organic cotton.
The other product that Cina sent me, it’s the tin dish M PLAN {again in the light blue version}. It’s so versatile, that I played with it making different styling. What’s your favorite one?

Bene, lasciate che vi presenti Camp Cirrus. Camp Cirrus è un concept svedese focalizzato sugli accessori per la casa, disegnati dalla geniale Cina Kjellsson. Come si può leggere sulla pagina di presentazione del sito, “..a Camp Cirrus amiamo il colore e ci piace quando uno spazio o un posto è bello ma non perfetto..” e “.. crediamo veramente che le cose belle ci rendono tutti un po’ più felici”. Condivido pienamente questi pensieri e sto lavorando alla mia Happy House per portare proprio queste stesse sensazioni.
Mi piacciono i colori vivaci e i disegni grafici che Cina ha utilizzato, avete visto la cover del cuscino che ho scelto per il mio soggiorno? Si chiama HAVET {la mia è la versione azzurro chiaro} ed è in cotone biologico di alta qualità.
L’altro prodotto che mi ha mandato Cina è il piatto in metallo M PLAN {anche in questo caso ho scelto la versione azzurra}. È così versatile che ho messo alla prova la mia abilità di stylist {un bel training vero?} e ho letteralmente giocato immaginandolo in diverse situazioni. Qual è la versione che preferite?

Grid pattern #IDAstyle

Il “grid pattern” è ormai da un paio d’anni un trend affermato; lo avrete visto in ogni forma e su ogni supporto, colore e dimensione {se non sapete di cosa parlo andate su Pinterest e cercatelo, vi si aprirà un mondo}. Credo che ci sia sempre bisogno di reinterpretare i trend per farli veramente propri, amalgamarli a quello che si ha già per non avere tutti delle case fotocopia senza un briciolo di personalità {a questo proposito vi rimando al punto 2 di questo post}. Il mio stile fresco e informale ben si adatta a questo pattern, eccolo qui declinato in alcuni oggetti presenti alla Happy House.

In camera da letto ho un copri piumino di Jysk, le cui linee sono in questo caso grigio chiaro. L’ho abbinato a dei cuscini vintage a fiorellini delicati e ad una immancabile coperta all’uncinetto, in questo caso rosa.

Nel reparto cucina&tavola ho diversi oggetti tutti declinati con questo pattern in bianco e nero. I vassoi, uno grande e uno piccolo, sono entrambi di Camp Cirrus, mentre la tovaglia {la mia preferita!} e lo strofinaccio sono di Ikea.

Un posto speciale sulla String se lo sono aggiudicato questo vaso e questa tazza di Søstrene Grene: semplici e delicati al punto giusto, io li adoro!

The “grid patter” is for a couple of years now a well-established trend. I believe that there is always a need to reinterpret the trends to make them truly unique, and to mix them with your own style. My cool and informal style fits with this motif, here you can see some items at Happy House.

In the bedroom I have a Jysk duvet cover, whose lines are light gray. I combined it with delicate flower pillows and a crochet pink blanket. In the kitchen&table department I have different objects all declined with this black and white pattern. The trays, one large and one small, are both from Camp Cirrus, while the table cloth {my favorite!} and the wiping are from Ikea. A special place on the String to these Søstrene Grene vase and mug: simple and delicate at the same time, I love them!

Don’t stop the music

in Happy house, livingroom, record, vintage on 09/01/14

If you read the previous post {thanks for all the comments, I really enjoyed reading your “mistakes”}, you maybe have noticed that the vintage coffe table is not anymore in front of the sofa. I really like this coffe table {a true bargain, do you remember?} but since now the sofa is much longer than the previous, we need more -and different- points to place computers, mugs and magazines.
And since I was looking for a record cabinet, the old coffee table has been moved and now it’s the music corner! Underneath you can see a fruit crate that gathers our collection of vintage lp’s. I really like it! Long live Rock ‘n’ roll 😉

Se avete letto il post precedente {grazie per tutti i commenti, mi è piaciuto molto leggere i vostri “errori”}, avete forse notato che il tavolino vintage non è più davanti al divano. Mi piace molto questo tavolino {un vero affare, vi ricordate?}, ma siccome adesso il divano è molto più lungo rispetto al precedente, abbiamo bisogno di diversi punti di appoggio in più, per appoggiare computer, tazze e riviste.
E visto che stavo cercando un mobiletto per i dischi, il vecchio tavolino è stato spostato e ora è l’angolo della musica! Sotto potete vedere una cassetta della frutta che raccoglie la nostra collezione di LP vintage.
Mi piace proprio! Lunga vita al Rock ‘n’ roll😉

It’s you..

Since the first look, I’ve been enchanted by the beauty of the phrase “It’s you, it’s always been you”, that Anki from Zilverblauw created for this poster. And I like to support {with my limited resources!} young and talented artists, so I decided to buy a copy. Now I have something pink!
